You will receive a download link by email Please double check your mailbox and spam folder for emails from downloads@finisherpix.com. If you still cannot find an email with the download link please message us here.
If you have an Outside Account you can login and go to FinisherPix.com. At the top right of the page you can click on "My Downloads." Here you will see a list of all of your previous download links.
Delivery times:
For Online Orders: The email with photo links will be sent after the placement of your order. This is usually right away, but when there is high volume it can take up to 24 hours.
For Pre-orders: The email with photo links will generally be sent 48-72 hours after race day.
For Videos: A separate email with the link to your video will be sent within 14 days after the placement of your order. This email will be separate from the email with your photo links.
