After 14 days the photo download link expires. If this happens you can refresh this link by logging into your Outside account and clicking on "My Downloads" on finisherpix.com. If you don't have a login you can create one and downloads previously made with the same email will populate in your account.
On that page you can click the "Get New Link" button next to the order you are trying to download.
