Depending on the event, our race photos are tagged and sorted by timing data from certain points of the race or manually by bib number. We also now use facial recognition to more quickly populate photo galleries after an event.
You are sometimes able to find additional race photos on your photo gallery pages. To do this, you can upload a selfie to use our Facial Recognition Tool which will identify race photos of you from race day. In the ‘Looking for more?’ section, click on the Find Your Pix link (if you have used this tool before, you may see a Change Selfie link, as shown above). Then, simply choose one sharp, frontal, and well-lit photo to upload (using a photo of you from race day may work best, if possible). The search will be started and you will be able to add found photos to your gallery.
In order to retrieve your race photos for certain events, you will need to upload a selfie. Please follow the directions on your photo gallery page to populate your photos. If you have preordered your photos, you will receive your download link via email after you have populated your photo gallery. If you have already uploaded a selfie at the time of race registration, you do not need to repeat the process. Your download link will be emailed to you once the preorders are processed.
You have the option to upload a photo or take one via your phone/computer. Choose whichever option works best for you and the search will be started after you check the Privacy Policy and click the Find Your Pix button. Your photo gallery will then populate all your race day photos.
If you are missing Bike Photos after uploading a selfie, we recommend uploading a photo in your bike helmet.
